Can Sino-US ties be fixed under Biden presidency?

Weeks after presidential election, the US General Services Administration has "ascertained" that Joe Biden is the apparent winner.

Biden could take measures to fix Sino-US ties and reverse the "decoupling" process, say four experts from the two countries.

Cooperation with China will help the next US president to achieve the goal of economic recovery and contain the COVID-19 pandemic, the experts say. A sound bilateral relationship is vital not only to the two big countries, but also the rest of the world.
